          You're an idiot and you need a lesson in basic economics and reading comprehension. The person I replied to said "with that high azz intrest rates on them Rush Cards"… And I replied, "PRE-PAID DEBIT CARD". Pre-paid cards have no interest rates moron, if you would have read, you would have not made yourself look like an idiot.

          But let's say a person like yourself, has jacked up credit, or you have a flag in Check Systems, how can you store your money in a safe place or get direct deposit with no bank account? You need a service like this until you can get back on your feet. That's basic capitalism, and he offers a service at a nominal fee like anyone else would. How would you expect to run a business with no generating no operating revenue? How do you expect to pay your employees?

          The fact that you know what color they come obviously demonstrates that you probably have one.

    I'm 50/50 on him being down there. On one hand he didn't have to be down there, on the other I don't see or hear about him helping out poor black folks–that Rush card don't count, I hope he knows that we know that.

    Russ has helped a lot of people in the music & fashion industries. His companies have created employment & internship opportunities 4 AA. He is not the problem. He is a great example of what young AA males from the hood should aspire 2 b.

    I agree with her Russell's corp. is very much of the economy problem. My ? to Russ is, What are you doing to give back to the people you choose to rip off on your card? What charity's do you give freely too? Have he checked his rate on his own card? He is phony, just another bogus way to try and bring business his way. Plus I had a chance to work with him and he is very, rude and try to make people think he is something more then what he is. Little man complex is how I see it. Also he dates young little girls. I don't care for him at all.

    People have freedom of choice, they do not have to buy these prepaid cards. These cards all have high interest rates, based on your credit rating. Black people need to learn there are two sets of rules for us, and them. We got lost because of our need to be more european like. We need to be more collective like the Asian's and Hispanics. Save 15% of what we earned, and start becoming more self-sufficient. The government is in place to stop greed, but has falling short on more than one occasion. Control what we can, and stop worrying about what we cannot. I applaud Russell for standing up, and speaking about what is wrong.

    the protest is all part of the system. all the ppl protesting/occupying want a piece of the pie, that's it that's all. I bet if all the ppl out there were hired tomorrow for a big corp job, they wouldnt be looking back at their own communities either. Russell is corp, yes he is children, he bought into the system, and he is gonna hang on to it for as long and hard as he can. its the system, the sh*tstem. reminds me of the hippie movement…they ended up in the burbs, all they wanted was a piece of the pie, and once they got it, they looked back at the poor and said see ya wudnt wanna be ya!
