Halloween turned deadly in New Orleans when a gunman opened fire outside a Bourbon Street night club. One person was pronounced dead, while seven were wounded. Later, in the early hours of the morning, a 19-year-old man was shot dead on Canal Street. A 24-year-old man is being questioned and faces a first-degree murder sentence if convicted. After that, two separate shootings occurred where three people were injured.
