A man in Las Vegas has been charged with first-degree murder with a deadly weapon after running over his wife with a 4×4. According to Alfonso Martinez, the murder suspect, the couple got into a fight after his wife, Piedad Perpa-Martinez, accused him of cheating on her. Perpa-Martinez died shortly after she was struck by the pickup.
