Jordin Sparks visited the Today Show and talked about American Idol, her love life and her family. She reminisced about her victory on American Idol, giving details about her experience on stage when she was announced the winner. Sparks also talks about what her promise ring means to her, as well as her latest boyfriend.

    she did a great job. she seems real down to earth..the only comment i had a problem w/ is when she said something referring to weight loss..she stated that it was easy to lose weight and she dont see y ppl cant do it..Well darling if I had ur money and access to things it would be easy for me too..Not everyone can afford a personal chef, trainer, etc.  Word to the wise when encouraging weight loss,  take inconsideration that everyone is not as fortunate….that it is hard and it takes alot time, effort, dedication.
