The Ed Show comments on Democratic Senator Sheldon Whitehouse’s proposed bill requiring those making $1 Million per year to pay at least 30% in taxes. Whitehouse says that the bill is in a better position to be passed now than it would have been before the President’s State of the Union highlighting “the Buffet rule.” This rule references Warren Buffet, who asserted that he should not pay lower taxes than his own secretary.
