Mitt Romney explained Obama’s new health care mandate, requiring religious institutions to cover birth control for employees in their insurance policies, to a group of his supporters. He expressed frustration with the mandate, saying that it’s a violation of conscience. Romney went on to say that Americans need a President who respect the right to worship God according to the “dictates of our own conscience.”
