Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee spoke with CNN’s John King about the legal arguments that could be made against George Zimmerman in the Trayvon Martin case. She argued that Martin had the civil right to walk along a sidewalk, and that he wasn’t caught doing anything illegal when Zimmerman spotted him. She also said that federal law should trump Florida’s “Stand Your Ground” law.
