CBS correspondent John Miller spoke with CBS This Morning about the Trayvon Martin case. Miller said that the special prosecutor on the case would likely start the investigation from scratch and glean more information from it than the Sanford Police Department has so far. Miller also discussed the risks of taking the results of that investigation to a grand jury.
