Hip-Hop Wired’s Kaz takes to the streets to ask people whether rapper Rick Ross should have to compensate former drug kingpin “Freeway” Ricky Ross for the use of his name. Some pedestrians say that the rapper shouldn’t have to pay, having made a name for himself based on his own talents. Others say that Rick Ross has made money off of the name of someone else, and wouldn’t be hurt by offering Ricky Ross his dues.
