Student Kicked Out of Pageant for Pro-Gay Comment

A California student competing in a high school pageant was disqualified after making a pro-gay remark on stage. The student, Kierian Giertz, was asked where he saw himself in 10 years, and responded by saying he hoped gay marriage would be legal by then. Giertz was cut off by Vice Principal Joe Abell and dismissed from the pageant.
