Swedish Minister of Culture Lena Adelsohn Liljeroth attended an art instillation event in which people were encouraged to cut a cake that was supposed to resemble an African woman. The cake was allegedly created as interactive commentary on female genital mutilation in Africa. The Minister has said that her actions were misinterpreted.
