Sybrina Fulton explained what she meant by her comment on Today when she used the word “accident” to describe the tragedy of her son’s shooting. She said that she meant the encounter between Trayvon Martin and George Zimmerman was accidental, not the shooting itself. Further, Fulton affirmed that she thought Zimmerman intended to kill Trayvon.
