Kim Osorio, now the editor-in-chief of The Source, explained why she sued the magazine after being fired from it in 2005. She said that before her termination, she had fought against others at the publication for the integrity of the Source brand. Further, Osorio said that if she hadn’t cared so much about The Source, she likely wouldn’t have gone through with the suit.
