Criminal defense attorney Benjamin Brafman said that he thought the prosecutors who charged George Zimmerman made a “terrible mistake” by going with second degree murder. Brafman also said that based on the evidence he’s seen, he believes it’s likely that Zimmerman will be acquitted of the charge. Further, Brafman spoke on his fear of the public reaction should that acquittal happen.
