The son of Kenneth Chamberlain Sr. said that police used the N-word before shooting and killing the elderly man in November of 2011. The cops responsible for his death were not indicted by a grand jury. Chamberlain repeatedly asked police to leave before they burst into his apartment and fatally shot him.
