Colin Powell stopped short of endorsing President Obama on Today, in an interview with Matt Lauer. Powell said that as a private citizen, he reserves the right to delay his decision between Obama and Romney until he can hear them both fully out on their plans to improve the country. He also said that he owes it to the Republican party to give Mitt Romney a fair chance before the election of 2012.
