Brian Banks spoke with Jay Leno about his relief at being cleared of a rape and kidnapping charges that put him in jail. Banks said that he didn’t know why the woman who accused him of the charges did so. He also said that he maintained that he was innocent to his lawyer, although is lawyer urged him to make a deal with prosecutors.
