Mother Starves Her Child Down to 23 Pounds, Punished with Probation and Parenting Class

A mother starved her 16-year-old child down to 23 pounds. The child was unable to walk or talk once she was rescued. In an interview with a local newspaper, her mother labeled herself a good caretaker.

    How sickening of this woman to do this to a child she procreated. No jail time, well then she deserves a good a$$ kicking! I pray she makes a full recovery and thank goodness she was rescued.!
