George Zimmerman’s second bond hearing resulted in a new $1 million bond. Judge Kenneth R. Leseter set new restrictions on Zimmerman, forbidding him from maintaining a bank account or applying for a passport, should he raise enough money to meet the bond. Lester said that Zimmerman’s secret transferring of funds to his wife’s account indicated a flight risk.
