George Zimmerman is out of jail on $1 million bail, due to a plea to his supporters made by Mark O’Mara. Donators offered up about $20,000 after O’Mara asked for help on behalf of Zimmerman. In court, O’Mara used a paramedic present at the scene of Martin’s shooting, who said that when he tended to Zimmerman, about “forty-five percent” of his face was covered in blood.
