Jonesboro, Arkansas, police have released a video demonstrating how Chavis Carter might have committed suicide while handcuffed behind his back. CNN legal contributor Paul Callan said that despite the video, police will have a difficult time defending their claim of Chavis’s suicide. Callan also touched upon what might aid the Jonesboro police’s story.
