Gabrielle Douglas spoke to Oprah Winfrey about bullying she endured before she moved to Iowa to train for the 2012 Olympics. She shared an anecdote about being called a slave by one of her gymnast teammates before moving to Iowa to train. Douglas told Winfrey that she wondered whether her bullying was racially charged.
