Nate Parker shared with Jimmy Kimmel how he first got started in acting. Parker recalled reading a monologue from The Fast and the Furious that put him on track to becoming a professional actor. Parker also discussed bringing his mother to Los Angeles to take care of her as he pursued the craft.
