Aurora shooting suspect James Holmes appeared in at a court hearing having presented himself differently than during his last court apperance. Holmes did away with his dyed hair, and reportedly had a more alert demeanor. During the hearing, prosecutors gave up their efforts to get access to a notebook Holmes sent a therapist before the shooting.
