Wendy Williams interviewed NeNe Leakes about her role on the new sitcom, The New Normal. Leakes touched upon alternating between time recording The New Normal and The Real Housewives of Atlanta. Leakes said that New Normal creator Ryan Murphy first noticed her because of her reality TV stardom.
